Thank you for giving me a mother who gave her life for me and my brother. Help me to honor her by living my life in a way that is honoring to you. Thank you for modeling your forgiveness to me by giving me a mom who easily forgives me for my faults and actions that were not always honoring to her. A mother’s love is truly like no other.

It’s always difficult to show your appreciation to loved ones.
Mothers don’t always live up to our expectations…. To love the significant women in our lives without any strings attached…
was probably one of the saddest things Iv’e ever read; it pretty much brought me to tears. It’s so easy to take people for granted. Even thinking about “strings attached” is painful… it just reminds me even more how special Mom is in our lives, amongst other important people.
I’m alienated from todays verse because Mom is a saint.
